SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Note that processing times are separate from the estimated delivery times shown at checkout.

PRE-ORDERS/CUSTOM ORDERS
Items listed as pre-orders will be shipped 1-3 working days after the specified release date. Please leave 14 days for custom orders.

SHIPPING
DHL is our International delivery courier, and GIG Logistics handles local deliveries. Make sure you've provided a valid address and phone number for smooth delivery. Delivery times range between 2 and 10 working days, depending on your selected option at checkout. 

CUSTOMS DUTIES
International deliveries may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the importing country. As our packages are dispatched from Nigeria, please note that YVE is not responsible for any additional customs or import duties. These fees are not included in the checkout process, and we cannot estimate them. Feel free to contact your local customs office for more accurate calculations.
