Returns & Refunds Policy

At YVE Label, each piece is made to order in line with our slow fashion ethos. Because of this, refunds and returns are limited to specific conditions outlined below.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or defective.

  • Refunds are not available for sizing issues, as a detailed size chart is provided for every item. If you are unsure about your size, please contact us at info@yvelabel.com before placing an order.
  • To request a refund, please email us with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. Once the item is returned and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Please note: items with custom sizing are not refundable

Return Window

You may request a return (under specific conditions) within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available under specific conditions:

  • Sizing issue
  • Damaged or defective item upon arrival

For exchanges due to sizing issues, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item as well as the cost of re-delivery for the new item.

For exchanges due to damage or defect upon arrival, YVE Label will cover the cost of both return shipping and re-delivery.

Store Credit

If you wish to return an item simply because you no longer want it, refunds are not available. However, you may return the item at your own cost. Once it is received and inspected, you will receive store credit equal to the value of the item (excluding shipping costs). Store credit can be used towards future purchases.

 

Important Notes

 

  • Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
  • EU customers: in line with EU law, you retain the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it. The same conditions as above apply.
