Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depends on your location. Deliveries within Nigeria take 2-5 business days. Deliveries for Africa and the rest of the World take about 5-14 working days.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, we are unable to cancel an order once it's been placed.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. T&Cs apply

Do I have to pay for customs?

Unfortunately, we can't predict the customs charges for international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by YVE. Please note that forfeit refunds if you decide not to pay your custom charge. For more information, please get in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What is the process for returns/exchanges?

For all returns/exchanges, please ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached and no signs of obvious wear. You will be responsible for shipping costs incurred in returning the item. Please note that sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
