Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depends on your location. Deliveries within Nigeria take 2-3 business days. Deliveries for Africa and the rest of the World take about 5-7 working days.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, we are unable to cancel an order once it's been placed.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. T&Cs apply

Do I have to pay for customs?

Unfortunately, we can't predict the customs charges for international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by YVE. Please note that forfeit refunds if you decide not to pay your custom charge. For more information, please get in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the refund and exchage policy?

Refunds are only available if your item arrives damaged or defective. For sizing issues, we offer exchanges (customer covers return & re-delivery cost). If your item arrives damaged, YVE Label covers all shipping costs.

Change of mind returns are not refunded, but once returned at your cost and inspected, you’ll receive store credit for future purchases.

What is the shipping policy?

We ship worldwide 🌍. All items are made to order, so please allow time for production before dispatch. Delivery time estimates are shown in a box under each item.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Please note that we are not responsible for custom/duty fees.
